PT. Kandu has been appointed as end-user’s representative of a PT. HAVI, a foreign company distribution of chilled packaging.

The project comprise of of 9,288 m2 of total storage space, and split into as follows:

• 5,886 m2 of ambient space with a 14m clear height to be used for racked storage with temperature of 30-35 °C

Temperature controlled space with a minimum of 10 m clear height consists of:

• 2,844 m2 freezer storage area (Freezer Chamber 1& 2) with temperature of -18 to -22 °C
• 558 m2 chiller storage area with temperature of 1.1 to 4.4 °C
• 756 m2 refrigerated dock space/Anteroom are maintained at 7°C or less
• Utility area, engineering room and compressor room, located on 1st floor
