Kandu was asked to take over and repair this 54-classroom building that had been poorly managed by the previous construction management company. Kandu’s team worked around the clock, repairing the building, from A to Z, from reviewing its drawings, overseeing the due diligence study, repairing the structure, repairing the MEP, and continuing its construction until finished.
